We are looking for a motivated, driven, and experienced Director of Sales. Using in-depth knowledge of our company s programs and services, this role provides direct support to the Regional Manager to ensure specific client and contractor requirements are met.
Directly supervises inside sales representatives. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Excellent knowledge and understanding of general sales processes and regulations.
Ability to administer the Service to both Clients and Suppliers using the Company proprietary software systems.
Ability for conceptual thinking and working knowledge of all major areas of the company.
Excellent PC skills including the ability to effectively use the Company system.
Ability to train internal sales team and external vendor teams on Company sales policies and procedures
Excellent time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to read and interpret financial, statistical or sales information and documents.

High School diploma or equivalent with a year or more of college education in business field preferable. Bachelor s degree preferred.
5 years related sales management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
