A well-established healthcare organization is looking for a passionate Sales Specialist to help build relationships with the community and generate referrals within the Sarasota, FL area. The Sales Director role with be in charge of developing relationships with referrals, follow up with potential prospects, Delivering presentations of the beautiful grounds, strategy development and conduct sales and visitations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Representative s main objective is to increase and maintain census and capacity of Assisted Living facility through establishing new relationships throughout the healthcare community
  • Present the organization in informative, professional, persuasive manner
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of company s resources and facilities in a residential and care-giving facility
  • Develop and maintain a sales and outreach plan that contributes to the company s growth and upholds positive reputation.
  • Travel to and meet with various potential and ongoing clients
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources
  • Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of surrounding competitive market
  • Schedule and conduct tours of the facility to prospective residence and families

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5+ years in sales/liaison/referral coordination in related setting, (Assisted Living, Memory Care, Senior Living, Independent Living, Nursing Home, Skilled Nursing Facility, Senior Care, Hospice, Home Health)
  • Proven success in sales/marketing environment
  • Strong desire to cultivate and develop relationships with community and members
  • Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, mediation and negotiating skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
