A well-established healthcare organization is looking for a qualified Business Development/Home Health Sales Specialist to help generate referrals and cultivate healthcare relationships in South Chicago. The Sales specialist will be responsible for delivering presentations, conducting market research, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and referral sources. The Sales Representative will cover a territory and conduct sales visitations as needed within the Greater Chicago area in order to help grow and generate home health based referrals.
- Sales Rep's main objective is to generate referrals for the home health program
- Establishing new relationships throughout the healthcare community
- Present the organization in informative, professional, persuasive manner
- Educate prospects on the benefits utilizing our home health services
- Develop and maintain a sales and outreach plan that contributes to the company s growth and upholds positive reputation.
- Travel to and meet with various potential and ongoing clients
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources
- Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of surrounding competitive market
- 2+ years in sales/liaison/referral coordination in related setting, (Assisted Living, Memory Care, Senior Living, Nursing Home, Skilled Nursing Facility, Home care, Hospice, Home Health, Post-Acute)
- Proven success in sales/marketing environment
- Strong desire to cultivate and develop relationships with community and members
- Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, mediation and negotiating skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
