Spine Medical Assistant
Job Description
Are you someone who enjoys helping patients over the phone, answering their questions and resolving their needs? We are looking for a friendly representative to be the voice of the practice. Someone to provide exceptional patient service in a cheerful manner.
What You Will Do
You will be handling incoming calls for multiple medical facilities, that provide for patients over many different medical specialties. You will be scheduling appointments, use electronic medical records to take messages, update patient records, and insurance information. Also, to collect co-payments, process insurance issues and resolve the patients needs in a timely manner.
How Do You Qualify
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Minimum one year of related medical office experience required.
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
- EPIC software experience a plus.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual in Spanish desired
Details of position
- Full-Time: Monday Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

- Pay: $19-$22 depending on experience
